Return & Exchange Policy

At Weario Printz, each item is custom-made just for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • The item was damaged during shipping.
  • Manufacturing defect (misprint, wrong item, wrong size due to our error).
  • Product doesn't match design or order confirmation.

We Do Not Accept Returns For

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
  • Wrong size ordered (please refer to sizing chart).
  • Color variations due to screen differences.
  • Customized items unless damaged or incorrect.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at order@wearioprintz.in within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, clear item photo, and a brief issue description.
  3. If approved, a free replacement or refund will be provided depending on the case.

Damaged Items

In case of damage, we’ll ship a replacement at no extra cost.

Exchanges for Incorrect Items

If we sent the wrong item or size, we will reprint and ship the correct item for free.

Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for resolution after your claim is received and verified.

Yes! We can share a digital mock-up for your approval upon request before printing. Please note this may slightly impact the order processing time.

Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless: the item is damaged during delivery, there’s a manufacturing error, or the wrong item/size was delivered. In such cases, we offer a free replacement or refund.

We accept UPI and bank transfers only. All orders are prepaid—Cash on Delivery is not available. Your data and design are safe with us. We do not reuse or share your custom designs.
